VBA engaged Space Smart through their Project Managers, Australian Pacific Projects, to undertake a detailed storage audit of their existing premises in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane in 2007.

In late 2008, VBA will relocate 2000 staff to a new purpose-designed Campus in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. Space Smart worked closely with the Designers (Cottee Parker) in the early stages of the project to ensure that each floor had sufficient storage space in the correct configuration and location.

All departments relocating were audited and linear metre storage requirements identified for each one. Space Smart submitted a detailed report identifying action required prior to moving to ensure floor space usage at the new facility was maximised.
